PLC Panel RPC3000
RPC3000 plc control panel is a generally a plc cabinet developed for medium and large engineering projects, it supports hot-standby, and redundancy on CPU, power supply, and network, fully integrates the advantages of PLC and DCS, and combines the application requirements of factory automation and process automation.
Excellent CPU Performance
RPC3000 series PLC CPU module core frequency up to 1GHz, very powerful performance. Fanless design, instruction speed of up to 0.01us, and a maximum of 64MB of data storage space and 16MB of program storage space, the built-in lithium-ion battery can support power down to keep 36 months, the SD card has a variety of functions such as storing data, updating the underlying program, etc. The CPU module body comes with 2 independent 100 megabit / Gigabit adaptive Ethernet ports, up to 2 independent RS485, which can be used as a master or slave. Both can be used as master or slave. A single CPU can control 4000 points of switching quantity or 2500 points of analog quantity in real-time and can collect nearly 40,000 points of switching quantity in remote IO mode.
I/O Modules of High Precision and Quality

PLC Communication
The RPC3000 series PLC can not only be used in newly constructed projects/systems but also can be extended in existing projects/systems by supporting third-party communication protocols. At present, the communication protocols of the third-party system are supported by Profinet, EtherCAT, Modbus, and other protocols, and these communication modules can join the IO of RPC3000 series PLC as a sub-station of the original system, and the addition and writing of the program can be completed in the original programming software, reducing the workload of reprogramming. In the future, we will expand the variety of third-party communication protocols. RPC3000 series PLC communication, support, and a variety of upper unit configuration software in the foreseeable future, more and more of the configuration software will have RPC3000 series PLC and touch screen standard drive, allowing the user to be more easily configured.
PLC Connections
System communication is divided into four different types of buses: CE bus, CH bus, CC bus, and CR bus, CC bus is used for simple single IO expansion, the CH bus is responsible for redundant data synchronization and communication expansion, the CE bus is responsible for high-speed IO expansion, CR bus is responsible for networking communication of different series of products. CE double-ring redundancy may correspond to scenarios that require better control reliability, CE multi-master corresponding scenarios require control timeliness (3ms), CR network and CC network composition corresponding to low-cost and TCP/IP device compatibility, as well as Modbus corresponding remote wireless network.
