Intelligent centralized control system for coal preparation plant

Coal preparation plant can process raw coal into various kinds of product coal through various kinds of sorting technology such as cyclone and shallow trough, so as to improve the economic benefit of enterprises. Centralized control system is the core element of coal preparation plant. Using advanced centralized control system to monitor coal preparation process can ensure high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection of coal preparation process.

The intelligent control system of coal preparation plant is based on RPC3O00 series large PLC, which has the functions of signal acquisition, control operation, data communication and so on. The dual-machine hot backup redundancy system is connected to each process control station through high-speed bus, including main sorting system, flotation system, concentration filter system, raw coal system, transport transfer point, product system, etc. With AC220V signal input and output module, it can be directly connected to the distribution system for control and protection.

The main separation system control medium pump, centrifuge, separator, magnetic separator and other equipment, according to the density control program to achieve automatic separation density control, to ensure the quality and stability of product coal.

Flotation system sub-stations control flotation agitation, bubble scraping, pulp preprocessor, feed pump and other equipment, through the dosage adjustment, tailings ash feedback, improve the economic benefit of flotation cleaned coal.

The sub-station of the concentrated press filtration system mainly completes the precipitation and dehydration of coal slime water to make it become dry coal slime.Raw coal system sub-station monitors and controls the running state and parameters of coal feeder, belt conveyor, crusher and other equipment.The belt conveyor, belt conveyor auxiliary equipment, sweeping pump and other equipment are monitored and controlled at the transport transfer point station.

The sub-stations of the product system control the transfer belt, the coal blending belt (scraper) and the coal feeder under the warehouse, and carry out the process linkage with the warehouse signal to realize the product system's warehousing and coal blending control.

Coal transportation is an important link in the coal production process. The coal transportation control system based on Lanpufeng PLC has the advantages of safety, reliability, energy saving and environmental protection, and easy to use.

The coal conveying control system is composed of two parts, underground and surface, and the single frame redundant PLC system completes the monitoring, control and management of all equipment. The CPU system connects the underground and ground equipment through two real-time remote buses CE, the underground equipment includes fully mechanized mining surface belt, transfer belt, conveyor belt and all kinds of power supply and distribution equipment, and the ground equipment includes transfer belt, crushing station, coal stacking equipment, loading station and high and low voltage power distribution room.

Coal Transfer Control System

The coal conveying control system monitors the belt speed, tension, motor current, temperature, tearing, deviation, coal stacking, smoke, rope and other signals, and controls the belt start-stop and running speed according to the system requirements, as well as the interlock between various types of equipment. Alarm will be given when the running parameters are abnormal, and the protection action will be triggered in case of emergency.

PLC data interaction with the monitoring center through Ethernet, accept the unified scheduling and management of the monitoring center. At the same time, the coal conveying control system reserves hardware and software interfaces for the smart mine system.

Mine pass risk control system

The stable and reliable operation of mine ventilation system is the key factor of mine safety and efficient production, which is of great significance to eliminate safety hazards and reduce accidents.

The risk control system of coal mine includes four parts: main fan monitoring, local fan monitoring, ground pressure fan monitoring and wellhead heat recovery monitoring. Main fan monitoring: With RPC3000 series PLC and upper computer software RunView as the core, it monitors the static pressure, air volume, wind speed, bearing temperature, winding temperature, lubricating oil temperature and pressure, motor voltage, current, power and other parameters of the main fan, and controls the fan start and stop, damper position and so on.

Local fan monitoring: there are multiple groups of local fans underground, and unified monitoring of multiple groups of local fans is carried out. RPC2000 series PLC is applied to double fan double circuit starter, control fan start and stop, and automatically complete the active/standby switchover when the fan fails.

Ground pressure fan monitoring: With RPC2000 series PLC as the core, the main pipe pressure, oil-water separator inlet pressure, motor winding and bearing temperature, screw head temperature, oil and gas barrel temperature, running time, motor current, voltage, power, cooling water temperature and other parameters are monitored and protected for motor overload, reversal, phase loss, undervoltage, voltage loss, overpressure, etc.

Wellhead heat recovery monitoring: composed of high temperature heat pump unit control cabinet, low temperature heat pump unit control cabinet, heat exchanger control cabinet, electric heater control cabinet, etc., to complete the recovery and control of wellhead return air spent heat.

Coal mine drainage system includes the main water pump room, working face drainage, roadway drainage, fire pump room, underground and well water treatment and other parts, the control system to monitor and manage the above equipment to ensure the safety, efficient and economic operation of coal mine.

The main water pump room monitoring is based on RPC3000 series PLC, which monitors the equipment in the pump room in real time and realizes the start and stop control of the pump and other equipment. The control system collects temperature, flow, water level, vacuum degree, pump outlet pressure, voltage, current, power, ball valve position and other parameters, as well as equipment operating status and other signals, control calculation, output control signals, and balance the running time of various equipment under the premise of meeting the drainage requirements.

Mine drainage control system

The low power pump is driven by the starter, and the drainage of the roadway and working face can be operated efficiently. The monitoring system is based on RPC2000 series PLC, which is installed in the starter to monitor the water level, protect the pump motor when the parameters are abnormal, automatically control the start and stop of the pump, and exchange information with the monitoring system of the main water pump house through the network.

The well and underground water treatment system monitors the operation parameters and status of various equipment, including process pipeline, pump, dosing device, pre-filter pump, chlorine dioxide disinfection generator, water reuse device, backwash pump, mud discharge pump and electric gate valve, etc., and regulates the level of sedimentation tank, intermediate pool, clear pool, sludge concentration tank and dosing metering tank. Ensure that pressure, flow, turbidity, etc. meet production requirements.

Mine intelligent power supply monitoring system

Mine intelligent power supply monitoring system includes ground intelligent power distribution system and underground power monitoring system two parts: ground intelligent power distribution system monitors coal washing plant, coal bunker, loading station and other ground power distribution equipment, underground power monitoring system monitors room, belt roadway, fully mechanized mining face, driving face, water pump room and other areas of underground mine electrical equipment.

In the ground intelligent distribution system, the high voltage cabinet adopts the relay protection device supporting power 104 or IEC61850 protocol; The low voltage cabinet integrates bus motor protection module and gateway module based on PLC technology to form programmable intelligent distribution cabinet. The high and low voltage cabinets are interconnected through Ethernet.

​Intelligent distribution cabinet set motor protection, line protection, harmonic control, metering, automatic control, communication and other functions in one, cost-effective, easy to install, debug and maintenance.

The underground power monitoring system adopts PLC intelligent protector, supports power 104, IEC61850 protocol, and has infrared remote control, WiFi, 5G, Ethernet, CAN and other communication methods to facilitate equipment interconnection and human-computer interaction, monitoring and management of mine electrical appliances such as combined switches, shifting high and low voltage heads, high explosive switches, frequency converters and so on.

The mine intelligent power supply monitoring system can realize the functions of telemetry, remote communication, remote control, remote coordination and remote viewing, and monitor, locate, warn and protect the fault, so as to solve many problems that beset the coal mine power supply, including power supply system tripping, voltage fluctuation tripping, leakage grounding line selection, accurate fault location, and accurate protection under strong interference.

Mining machinery generally refers to the mechanical equipment directly used in mineral mining and screening processing operations, mainly shearer, boring machine, engineering car, crushing equipment, screening equipment, etc., but also includes a large number of cranes, conveyors, fans, water supply and drainage equipment.

Mining machinery usually adopts hydraulic control or motor drive control mode, Runpower RPC2000 series of small and medium-sized PLC, RPC100i series of safety PLC and coal mine special controller control hydraulic system or motor, can achieve automatic control of mining machinery.
